Tech savvy, 41 year old, U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran from Pittsburgh, PA. After leaving the U.S. Navy Submarine service in 2005, I moved to California to pursue a career in Real Estate. I've dedicated the last 16 years of my career to mastering my craft, full time. I'm passionate about what I do and I thrive on getting the results that my clients want. A hard working, full time single father to a beautiful 9 year old lady.

An artist who places people above profits, I've been flipping homes, steadily, as an owner, partner or project manager since 2012. I know how to evaluate equity positions in properties and negotiate solid investment acquisitions for my clients. I have launched Sierra Bay Real Estate & Development as our flipping arm of our business to acquire and Project Manage flip acquisitions for our clients and self. This has been invaluable as my clients are reap the benefits of my skillset (land acquisition, option structures, site plan design, plan submission with City and County, etc.).
